My Goals:
My goal weight is somewhere around 150 (whatever I find to be comfortable and healthy!)

My short-term goals are:

335lbs - Something cute for the house - Done

300lbs - Pair of earrings

285lbs - Trip to the salon

250lbs - Trip back to Cbus!

225lbs - Mani/Pedi

200lbs - Trip to NYC for a new wardrobe!

175lbs - Trip to the salon and get new glasses

150lbs-ish - Trip to Italy - just cause!

My Program:
I am not following any kind of specific diet or plan.

I am focusing on:

1. Eating whole foods (mainly whole grains, less processed and way more fruits and vegetables!)

2. Moving more (elliptical, recumbent bike, DDPYoga and whatever else looks fun!)

3. Drinking at least 64 oz of water every day.

4. Being conscious of what I am eating.

5. Being practical (this is a lifestyle change and it's about making healthy choices the majority of the time!)

lol @ evil monkey binges! I am fortuneate in that I have worked on all the mental "stuff" that makes me want to binge and as a result I can now keep junkfood in my house and not binge. Except for chips - which I dont keep in the house, cause I am not that strong haha
