Thanks for stopping by my page in January. Sorry that I did not respond sooner. I retired in January after 30 plus years of public service and it has been a busy few months. I have been running a lot, four half marathons finished in 2015. April was a month of training runs and May has been a month of MANY miles, two half marathons, one 10K and one 5K, so far, with one half marathon and two 5Ks to go. I have been working on organizing my house, I let a lot of things go the last 18 months on the job. I started a photography business. I have been trying to catch up with friends and family, too. It's so hard being obsessive compulsive - me, that is! I wear 2 trackers - the Spark Tracker and my Fitbit. The Fitbit had over 13,000 steps yesterday when the Spark Tracker only had just over 10,000. But at 11pm, it only have like 8,200. So even though Fitbit said I had met my goal, Spark Tracker did not say that. So I walked until Spark Tracker was over 10,000.
It's late, gonna go to bed or I won't get enough sleep tonight either.

My tootsies are feeling much better. I was just on my feet at graduation for about 4 hours Friday night - and I had run in the morning. All I probably needed to do was stick them in a bathtub of cool water, and they would have been fine. But I wasn't thinking.

Sheila, I am signed up for Spin and Core Fitness. I'd like to take Weight Training again, but Spin and Weight Training are on opposite nights of the week during the summer and I don't want to be at school 4 nights a week in the summer. I'll have to weight train on my own. I need to be challenged by an instructor in spin class.
