Thanks for side dish recommendations. I love that cuc salad! I like fruit salad for dessert when I'm trying to save calories. I don't know if I could get Harry to buy the turkey sausage. He's a farm boy - he likes the real deal!

Sheila,

Spark does adjust calories for exercise. But when I started this challenge at the beginning of April, my SparkTracker was "in the hospital." So I used - and continue to use - my Fitbit for this month's accountability so that I'm consistent. I got a replacement SparkTracker last week. I plan to continue the accountability in May because it's working for me! For May, I will probably use my SparkTracker for reporting. Although there are days that I forget to put my SparkTracker on, but since my Fitbit is a bracelet, I always have that on. I dunno. Maybe I'll stick with Fitbit.

I just know that I need to eat after an intense workout. I don't pay attention to what the calorie range says. I just feed my body when it says I better do it!

Sheila,

Thanks for the prayers for me and my dad. It's hard to see him failing. I'm going to attend his PT session on Monday and see how we can be helpful to Cris, Dad's caregiver. The PT doesn't want Cris walking Dad alone anymore. So, he'll be confined to his wheel chair unless someone else is there to walk with them.
