*take some classes

for 2014:

Sheila,

It's so hard being obsessive compulsive - me, that is! I wear 2 trackers - the Spark Tracker and my Fitbit. The Fitbit had over 13,000 steps yesterday when the Spark Tracker only had just over 10,000. But at 11pm, it only have like 8,200. So even though Fitbit said I had met my goal, Spark Tracker did not say that. So I walked until Spark Tracker was over 10,000.

It's late, gonna go to bed or I won't get enough sleep tonight either.

Sheila,

My tootsies are feeling much better. I was just on my feet at graduation for about 4 hours Friday night - and I had run in the morning. All I probably needed to do was stick them in a bathtub of cool water, and they would have been fine. But I wasn't thinking.

I hope you are having a nice visit with your mom!

Sheila, I am signed up for Spin and Core Fitness. I'd like to take Weight Training again, but Spin and Weight Training are on opposite nights of the week during the summer and I don't want to be at school 4 nights a week in the summer. I'll have to weight train on my own. I need to be challenged by an instructor in spin class.
