Live Life To The Fullest! This year i plan to: *improve my social skills *take some classes *step out of my comfort zone more often *compete in 2 open water triathlons *be less judgemental *get rid of the flab *do at least 1000 fitness minutes a month.
My Program:
for 2013: do at least 30 minutes a day of fitness. more strength training, swimming and water aerobics, yoga lead another walking/running group
