My main goal is a healthy lifestyle. A balanced, healthy lifestyle. Not a period where I exercise a ton or deprive myself of "bad for you foods" only to then have a month where I do next to nothing for my health.

My Goals:
1. No crazy diets! Just healthy eating and not depriving myself to the point where I get irresistible cravings.

2. Learn to cook! Eating in more will make it so much easier to stay healthy and cooking is great stress relief. I'm a married woman now, I need to learn how to do these things :)

3. Be active!
I want to find ways to add more exercise into my daily routine, and find more fun ways to work out besides JUST the gym so I can keep it interesting.

4. Inspire others!
I promise to do my best to keep my loved ones motivated with me :)

Personal Information:
I joined SparkPeople originally with the "big goal" of losing weight for my wedding in May 2009. I did well on that but now just want to focus on maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle, as well as developing a regular exercise routine that's a fun part of my daily life, and not a chore.

you guys seem to enjoy eating out (as do we!) It's literally Chris' favorite thing to do. And I do get tired of ordering salmon, dry, with steamed vegetables...sigh
From last year I'm down 2lbs (as of Monday). I figure it's better than up!

You should totally do Maui! It's just so wonderful. If you do, let me know and I can give you some advice.

I can definitely recommend the Paia Inn. It's one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in, and we've stayed lots of places! You would love it there. :)
