My Goals:
1. No crazy diets! Just healthy eating and not depriving myself to the point where I get irresistible cravings.

2. Learn to cook! Eating in more will make it so much easier to stay healthy and cooking is great stress relief. I'm a married woman now, I need to learn how to do these things :)

3. Be active!
I want to find ways to add more exercise into my daily routine, and find more fun ways to work out besides JUST the gym so I can keep it interesting.

4. Inspire others!
I promise to do my best to keep my loved ones motivated with me :)

Personal Information:
I joined SparkPeople originally with the "big goal" of losing weight for my wedding in May 2009. I did well on that but now just want to focus on maintaining a healthy diet and lifestyle, as well as developing a regular exercise routine that's a fun part of my daily life, and not a chore.

Avenue Garden Hotel. There is a bed bug registry website you can check- although of course not everything will be on there. You can check for bedbugs when you get there too- google inspection techniques. Nothing is 100% effective, but it may give you some peace.

I actually haven't ever tried to max my bench press- mostly I train with medium weight and do compound movements, or use body weight. Now I'm curious though!
When I was doing chest press regularly I would use 2x30lb free weights, and for short-hard sets I would use 2x35lbs. So really...100lbs or more doesn't seem that much of a stretch.

Actually mom gave away my prom dress- and my junior prom dress- something that I'm still mad about!
But I still own some pants that I used to wear clubbing so maybe I can fit my butt into those by June.

Can't believe no one is planning anything for HCHS! RHS is across the ocean and we have a reunion already set with dates and a venue and a block of hotel rooms. Who was the HCHS class president, they need a beat-down!
