Luckiest Loser

So its been a little over a year since I joined Spark, and things were great then I got off track and stop working my program. I decided to get things going again so I'm back to using all my resources and Spark is a huge part of that for me.

My Goals:
My goal is just to be healthy again.

*1st goal reach 164.5 on or before 12/31/10.
*2nd goal to lose another 10% of body weight & reach 173 #'s.
*3rd goal reach 140 #'s by 2/28/11
My ultimate goal is to maintain my goal weight for at least 6 months.

My Program:
Just getting serious again have not worked out the program that works best for me .

Personal Information:
I live in CO with my family. We have many pets and love spending time outdoors.

Other Information:
I love spending time at my home doing things with my family and pets. I enjoy music of all types. We camp and fish as much as we can.

Moving flagstone... that is one way to get your cardio in!! I want to clean & paint my cabinets & do some other things around the house now that school is out. But I will be the ONLY one doing ANYTHING. So I am kinda frustrated about it. Look at you... Only 6.8 to meet your goal...
