I eat every couple of hours, 3 good meals and 2 healthy snacks. I plan my meals and go to the gym in the morning to do cardio and some weight training, and sometimes I go again when I feel up to it. I'm just getting started but I feel great!
I live in Wisocnsin. I have a sometimes fantastic boyfriend. I have a good job. I am the mother duck..so to speak-for lots of people. If you have a problem or need someone to rant to, I am more than willing to lend an ear and possibly..some bad advice. ;-)
