I am Stephanie, a 27 year old mother to a 7 year old boy and a baby girl who was just born Nov. 5, 2012.( I am also a step mother to a 8 year old girl). . I have always struggled with my weight and I am sick and tired of not liking what I see in the mirror.....I can't even remember a time in my life that I felt happy about what I saw in the mirror. Most of my high schools years I spent weighing around 200-210 and feeling miserable. When I went in to give birth to my son at 19 years old I weighed an astounding 240lbs (I'm only 5'4!!!). That was in April of 2005 and I starved myself down to 145 by August of 2005. I was miserable and starving!!!!!! Of course the weight loss didn't stay off long, by my wedding day 7/11/2009 I weighed 171 lbs. Shortly after I was divorced and put on another 10 lbs, weighing in at 181. I knew where that was heading so on Jan. 25, 2011 I decided to make a change for good. I lost my Dad on Dec. 27, 2010 to a massive heart attack at the young age of 49. It really scared me and made me want to be there for my kids and grandkids longer.

UPDATE*2/28/12* I am finally at 135 lbs a weight I have never seen before in my life. I would like to reach 130 but right now I am going to work on maintaining my weight. I am also changing my workouts and doing a 5k training plan :) I am working on better food choices ALL the time and how to keep challenging myself physically. It is amazing to see how far I have come and what I am capable of!!!!!!

UPDATE *11/21/12* I just gave birth to my baby girl a little over 2 weeks ago. I ended up weighing in at around 195ish when I delivered. I am currently down to 163 and have a little ways to go to reach 135 but I am staying optimistic. I started tracking almost immediately after returning home and as of Nov. 19 I started walking on my treadmill. I feel great for just having a baby and I am ready to work on getting in even better shape than I was before having her!!!!!
