I can do it again!!! I have been overweight all my life. At 2003 I goin Curves. For 19 months I lost 73 pounds, total of 95 inches and 51 body fat pounds. With them I learn to eat healthy.They offer two eating plans. I try low carb and it is working for me. I never count calories. Learn to enjoy going to the gym every day. I love walking. With them I learn to eat healthy.They offer two eating plans. I try low carb and it is working for me. I never count calories. Learn to enjoy going to the gym every day. I love walking. I have to add strenght training and 2005 I join Bally Total Fitness. There I try diferent classes and stuck with body sculpting and yoga.I love the teacher and still go to her clasess every Sunday. Later the same year my boss give me as a present membership at Reebok.I work ot 3-5 days a week, eat healthy. I mantein my weight for few years. After the buirth of my last grandson I go less to the gym, keep only the weekend classes. With the time some of the weight come back. May lovely grandson went to school and I have the time for me in the morning. I start going to the gym regular a few months befor I join SparkPeople.
