Hello fellow Sparkers! My name is Lauren and I'm 28 y/o. I'm learning to be more active again as time goes by. I was extremely active throughout my entire childhood and then after college it all kind of stopped.

I'm a kindergarten teacher, so I'm on my feet and running around all day long. I just need to get the motivation after work to get moving! I've recently found a love for walking. I also really enjoy group fitness classes such as Muscle Pump and Zumba.
