My name is Lauren and I'm ready to change my life for the better in the new year. I am graduating college in May of this year and want to start my new career feeling better about myself. I have a total of 50 pounds to lose but my main goal is 30 pounds by May 13th. I can do it if I just stay motivated and focused.

I have battled with weight my whole entire life. I have been on endless diets and they all usually fail because I'm the type of person that if I lack the motivation I'm not going to succeed. But this time I am ready and I am officially holding myself accountable for everything I put into my mouth. Because whether I want to admit it or not i'm obsessed with food its my comfort and it makes me happy.

I have an amazing boyfriend we have been together for a little over a year and he is my world my everything. He makes me feel so beautiful and good about myself and he is the most supportive person in my life.

1. Stay within my calorie range of 1200-1500 daily, no soda's or caffeine.
2. drink 64 oz of water daily and more.
3. Workout schedule:
Sun-Rest day
Mon- 30 min Cardio + ST + spinning class (1hr)
Tues- 30 min Cardio + aerobics (1hr)
Wed- 30 min Cardio + ST + Joyride/Core Crunch (1hr)
Thur- 30 min Cardio + aerobics (1hr)
Fri- 30 min Cardio + ST
Sat- 45 min Cardio
