Time for Accountability

I have come to the conclusion that Accountability is key. I have no chance at making my goal if I don't become accountable for what I am putting in my mouth. I tend to "graze" and act like it doesn't count. Those calories really add up. It's time for me to be accountable once and for all and make my goal a reality. I'm so sick and tired of being the "fat one" all the time. It's time to make a change!

Hi!! So glad you joined us in our Shuttlebug team!
We have so much fun on this team. We love to share our photos with each other and to comment on them.

Just for fun we post weekly photo assignments. You are invited to participate in this with us if you are interested.

Each assignment has complete directions in the very first post of the assignment which will be on page one, scroll to the bottom of the page.
We have a new one each week and they are a lot of fun. Sometimes they can be a challenge too!! You are welcome to add pictures to any of the assignments.

Well today is the end of another month (March). Take time today to Reflect back on March... Did you meet your goals? Are there goals you need to change? Goals you need to continue? Did you have to high of standards? After Reflecting take time to Motivate yourself for April... What are your new goals? Are there goals you are going to continue? Goals you gonna change? Are you going to lower your standards so that you do not fail?

My Goals for April include... Getting back into a Routine/Getting back on track; Giving myself ME TIME again; Refocusing/Remotivating. My goals for this coming week is to exercise 3 times this week other than taking Casey for a walk and to give myself ME TIME 2 times this week. I am going to look into going to a Spa and receiving a Massage. I deserve it after all I have been going through. It may be just what I need to get back on track!!!
