My Goals:
workout consitantly. Gain stregth and lose fat. Lose the weight I have needed to lose for 30 yrs. now. Finish my goals.

My Program:
Cardio 3days a week and weight lifting 3 days a wk.

Personal Information:
I live in Lancaster Pa. I am married and have 3 children and 6 grandchildren. I would love to meet someone in y area that I could work out with on a regular basis. It always better to be accountable to someone for your workouts.
