Who I am And Where I want to be

Hi Everyone, My name is Lucy, and I was introduced to Sparkpeople by my hygienist. I was at the dentist office yesterday and she was telling me how her sister lost 17 pounds using Sparkpeople.com, So here I am. I did lose 20 pounds the past couple years and have gained 10 back some of it is water retention so maybe 8 pounds. I still need at least 50 lose. I am an avid exerciser so in person I do not look my weight. I say in person because pictures tend to make a person look bigger than they ...
Hi Everyone, My name is Lucy, and I was introduced to Sparkpeople by my hygienist. I was at the dentist office yesterday and she was telling me how her sister lost 17 pounds using Sparkpeople.com, So here I am. I did lose 20 pounds the past couple years and have gained 10 back some of it is water retention so maybe 8 pounds. I still need at least 50 lose. I am an avid exerciser so in person I do not look my weight. I say in person because pictures tend to make a person look bigger than they are. I know when I see a picture of myself that I did not look like that. I am no in denial, it's true. I love to ride my bicycle all summer, all over. This helps me keep my weight down and lose weight. Soon I will be starting that again. I do go to Planet fitness gym. I have only been to the gym twice in two weeks. I was planning a 80th surprise party for my dad and it was not an ordinary surprise party..I went all out like the gala of the year event. I had people he hasn;t seen in many many years there and all of his brothers and sisters and nieces and nephews from Canada. He was very surprised It was a great event that everyone is still talking about. Anyway it was so hard to stick to anything while I was doing this. So I need to get back on track. I don't do well with extra weight on me. I don't like the feeling and need to get it off. I would appreciate any help and support I can get. I did belong to weight watchers. but I am going to cancel that and really try to do this. I just hate counting calories. so we shall see how this works.
