The last 15 pounds

I'm a mother of 2 trying to loose that extremely hard 15-20 pounds and to stay in shape. Not only am I trying to loose the weight for myself but also for my family. The thinner I am (to where my pants aren't so tight), the better I feel. It's so easy to put the weight on, but it definitely takes a lot of work to take it off. I am learning how to watch my portions and watch what I eat while exercising at the same time. I'm finding proper diet and exercise is the key to what works for me.

(2 months later) Great news. I reached my goal of losing 20 pounds and just made another goal for myself. If I could loose 6 more pounds, I would be at the weight I was when I got married 10 years ago and no kids at the time. That would be awesome! The pounds are definitely coming off slower and I'm working much harder now. I have had a few slip ups here and there with eating the junk food, but I'm not going to deprive myself of the foods I love. I just need to stay focused on exercising, and maintaining the weight I have lost so far.
