My Goals:
I will strive for 10K steps a day and strength train 2-3 days a week.
I will loose 1-2 lbs per week.
I will make healthy food choices.

My Program:
I am choosing better foods and exercising more. I am trying to reach 10,000 steps each day. I need to increase my sleep since I am not getting 8 hours a day. I am eating low carb/sugar for my sugar levels.

Personal Information:
I am 3 1/4 pounds away from being 1/4 of the way to my goal!! I will not give up! I will succeed!

Other Information:
Wife to a wonderful man and mother to 4 very handsome young men. (3 teens and one young adult)
