My Goals:
I need to get back on track! I'm an "older" mom so no excuses! If I'm gonna keep up with these little guys for the next 18 years I need to be in GREAT HEALTH!

Personal Information:
I grew up in Indiana and still call it home although I haven't lived there in many years. I've been in Louisiana for the past 8 years after moving around the Southeast to "climb the professional ladder" so to speak. I'm recently divorced and have the cutest boys in the whole world...5 and 1. I've been blessed with happy, healthy children late in life and plan to make the MOST of everyday with them!
