My name is Linda and I just turned 20 on 01/09/11. I am 188 pounds right now and hating every second of it. This is not me. Only 3 years ago I was 135 pounds, in amazing shape with abs, I want that back! So my goal is to get back to that weight.

The hard part is that I am a full time college student as well as I work a full time job. Its always hard to find time to go and exercise! I have a lot of stress in my life as well as anxieties about working out. Do you have work out anxieties that you have overcome? If so how? That holds me back a lot because I am afraid I will pass out while working out.
Anyways, I just want to feel great again.

I went to the doctors yesterday and they told me the culprit was my birth control. I had gone to the doctor in October 2010 and weighed 167, and then yesterday January 2011 they said I had gained 21 pounds in 3 months!! That’s why I couldn’t lose the weight.

I am very determined to lose this weight, become more energetic and get my body I want back. I just want to feel better about myself.
