WOW!! Snow already. Well I will let you keep it because the snow and I don't get along at all. LOL!! I am so happy to hear that you are doing well. I have been real busy painting my house. It takes me longer now days. A few years ago I could whip right through it. But no more!! But I am getting closer to the end of the house!! 48 minutes ago
LOL Don't be embarrassed Linda...I have never had or made polenta either! That's actually why I saved and shared the recipe! I do know that it's an Italin dish made from cornmeal and can be a side dish, as the recipe is, or can be a porridge for breakfast! It's flavor is something like cornbread. There are lots of recipes for it but this one looked easy and like it would go good with a meat and vegetable meal! Many of the recipes have you mix the polenta and then bake, fry or grill it! Hope you can give it a try for something new! I just looked at some comments on the recipe and they are helpful, too...check them out! Hugs, Mary P.S. Did the insurance approve your heart monitor? Am thinking of you and sending positive thoughts for you to find out what's going on so it can be taken care of! 1 day ago

Linda, I am so pleased you and hubby are enjoying the Benson's! I am really enjoying the Supreme over the Table Tasty one! I will have to try the Masterpiece! Your Chicken Fingers recipe sounded yummy...you should send it in to Benson's! What you mentioned doing to the one skillet chicken with bacon and green beans sounded excellent! I am sure it would be just as tasty! Let me know how it turns out! Hope your day is going well and your weekend will, too! Warm Hugs, Mary
