Feeling so much better!
I am 37 years old and have had weight problems for about 5 years. I found Sparkpeople January of 2008. It has been the one biggest help in loosing weight for me. I especially enjoy using the nutrition tracker and the fitness tracker. It makes all the difference in the world to be able to see throughout the day how your nutrition and calorie burning is stacking up to your goals. As of this week I have lost 64 pounds. I especially enjoy using the nutrition tracker and the fitness tracker. It makes all the difference in the world to be able to see throughout the day how your nutrition and calorie burning is stacking up to your goals. As of this week I have lost 64 pounds. So far I have lost at least something each week. I'm trying not to hit a plateau, though I know as I get closer to my goal weight, it will be harder to keep up the momentum. Any advise or encouragement would be appreciated.

My Goals:
I would like to reach 150 pounds by my 38 th birthday.
My Program:
I'm trying to cook healthier for my family as well as myself. I have a whisper mill and use it to grind my own wheat. I also grow a big garden and have a small orchard as well where I raise apples, peaches, pears, apricots, plums cherries and figs. We also raise bees for our own honey.
