Me in a nutshell:
Hey there! I'm a 30 something single professional women. My day job is a college program director of art and design. I also paint and enjoying presenting my work in galleries and art shows.

Me in a nutshell:
Hey there! I'm a 30 something single professional women. My day job is a college program director of art and design. I also paint and enjoying presenting my work in galleries and art shows.

She-Woman
I woke up on my birthday last month and decided that my next achievement will be becoming She-Woman. If you're wondering what that looks like, just think of any female superhero.

I hired a professional trainer and body builder to help me get started. As of October 2008, I do 30 minutes of cardio every morning before I eat. Then I go to Tom Doyle's (trainer) Booty Camp at Main Event Fitness on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday evenings.

As for the food, I'm on a new menu from my trainer and based off female body builders. Lots of lean meats like fish, lots of veggies and fruits, high fiber, low sugar, and 8 glasses of water.

Every morning I have a woman's multi-vitamin and fish oil supplement. Every evening I have Apple Cider Vinegar supplement.

Hey Gal! Proud to see some activity on you spark page. I am still struggling some. I have made some progress. I got my 10's on zipped and buttoned but I would not have been able to live. So I have a little further to go to reach that goal. It is still real easy to get destracted and in a rutt. The personal trainer sounds awesome. I have no doubt that you achieve you goals. Happy Belated Birthday. Make total use of you spark page and people that is what keeps bringing me back to where and what I should be doing.
