My Goals:
I want to lose atleast 50 pounds in the next year or two. I'm considering doing a 5k fun run/walk this spring. I want to have more energy to play with my kids and not be such a couch potato!

I am usually tracking my food intake. I am working at getting atleast 3 days of 20 minutes on the treadmill per week.
