I'm a mess but trying to clean up my act. I'm not living the life I want to live, and I'm trying to figure out why, if my weight bothers me so much, I don't do something about it! Happy to have found SparkPeople and am amazed at the success stories! I hope to be a success story in the not-too-distant future.

My Goals:
1) Exercise at least 30 minutes a day, at least 6 times a week

2) Spend time each morning on SP for motivation

3) Water, water, water. Then more water



My Program:
I started Weight Watchers on 1/10/2012. I am going to track my food according to the plan. I will exercise at least 180 minutes per week.

Personal Information:
I'm the proud mother of two fantastic boys, ages 6 and 8.
