I'm in your situation - just trying to get the 'ball rolling'. Really what it is, is making exercise a habit and somewhere once upon a time I read that it takes 21 days to form a habit. I don't know how valid that is, but I know when I used to work out every day I actually *missed* my workouts if I skipped one.
