Here we go again

I am trying Spark People to help me finally get my weight down. I only need to lose about 20-25 pounds but it has been tough. I have teenage boys and a younger wife that liek to be active, as I do, but need to get in better shape. Sucks getting old.

Welcome to the "100 pounds, 100 years" Challenge. We are also hosting a Miles for Minutes challenge where we are "walking" from Seattles Safeco Stadium through every MLB stadium to Fenway Park. Hop on over... We've only got a bit over 1300 mile/minutes to go!!
