My Goals:
To be 135-ish by June of 2013. :) To set an example for my children on making healthy choices To have more energy and a better outlook on life
My Program:
Simply to plan meals and eat within the range SparkPeople provides for healthy weight loss. To exercise at least 30 minutes, at least 3 days a week. More when time allows. Drink at least 8 cups of water a day.
Personal Information:
I am a 35 year old mother of two in NC. My children need to learn that exercise is fun, not work... so do I. I plan to teach all of us!
