I have now been a member for 6 years. I have learned so much here and still use the trackers. I have met some wonderful friends here on spark. Some will remain friends forever, we have been through so much together and have had so much fun both off and on sparkpeople. I am more cautious now and have had many experiences here, I no longer display my family here, but I have so much fun with Betty Boop. I am thankful to spark for getting me motivated enough to get started on this journey and all the information and tools they have provided.

Stay focused on your goals, make good choices, stay positive and post with positive supportive people. The results you see will be your decisions and desire. It won't be just about weight loss or exercise, you will experience many other life style changes.

My Goals:
Having a healthier lifestyle and losing weight for health.

My Program:
I am up to exercising 2 to 21/2 hours a day and loving every minute of it. I try to eat mostly healthy stuff without sugar or refined flours. Try to stay low carb, just not the atkins way. Watch the fat too and make sure I have fruit and plenty of veggies.

Personal Information:
My family is my heart and my motivation.





Other Information:
Baseball is my sport of passion. Have always loved it. I love movies and good books. I like to do crossword puzzles and suduko, just not too hard. lol. I love working on the computer, love the internet and enjoy games.

Wow, my friend, you've reached your goal. Congratulations !!! How long did it take you? I'm still struggling. For the past six months I have been suffering with sciatica pain. Familiar with it??? If you have any tips or suggestions, I'd love to hear them. I went to the hospital and had an MRI last Friday. I was in so much pain they had to sedate me. I sure hope they have a solution for me when they get the results. Anyway, enough belly-aching about me. I am very happy for your success. It gives me a little hope for myself. Best wishes for your continued success. Take care.
