My Goals:
I want to be at least 125 by the time I start my sophomore year in college at the end of August.

My Program:
Intense cardio 3 X a week = 1600 calorie burn/ week

Intake 1200- 1500 cals a day

Eat lots of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Personal Information:
I am from the bay area but I recently moved to the Placer County area where I am finding it very hard to be confident because there are so many rich, thin girls my age here.

Other Information:
I really do love to work out but I am best at working out and dieting when I'm competing with someone ... so if anyone wants to compete with me, let me know! It's a great way to stay motivated!

lol! no, it dosent make you hyper or drowsy or anything. You only get diahrea If you eat to much fat in your diet, it depends on the person. I havent had any side effects, hehe

alli actually works really well. It helps you 50% more weight than with diet and exercise alone. It is actually a prescription drug, and they cut the dosage down to put it out on the market. It basically cuts out 1/4 of the calories you eat. Instead of digesting the fat (allthough its kinda gross) it exits your body as oil.

hi there i would love to be your competitor and diet buddy chick, my goals are exactly the same as yours (my weight on the bar is totally wrong i typed it in when i was underweight and in the grips of anorexia so i totally made them up so that i could use the sight) i am 140 and want to be 125 by end of august too and my regime is the same as yours so are you up for a battle lol?
