I can't give up on me!
I have lost some weight eating low carb and feel so much better after having eliminated wheat and sugar from my diet. Now it's time to get myself in shape by adding exercise to the mix!

My Goals:
I want to lose almost 50 lbs.
My Program:
I eat low carb which includes wheat free and sugar free. I exercise every day....1 hour in the morning before I go to work or out in the ministry. I also try to get in another 45 minutes by walking my dog after I get home.
Personal Information:
I work part-time for my local school district as a paraeducator specializing in special education; severely handicapped; and early childhood education. I volunteer several days a week in my joyful Christian ministry.
Other Information:
I have been a dedicated baptized Witness of the true God Jehovah since 1985. I am happily married to my loving spiritual husband. I have 3 lovely children who are being trained as good and kind people as well as happy Christians.
