I can't give up on me!

I have lost some weight eating low carb and feel so much better after having eliminated wheat and sugar from my diet. Now it's time to get myself in shape by adding exercise to the mix!

My Goals:
I want to lose almost 50 lbs.

My Program:
I eat low carb which includes wheat free and sugar free.

I exercise every day....1 hour in the morning before I go to work or out in the ministry. I also try to get in another 45 minutes by walking my dog after I get home.

Personal Information:
I work part-time for my local school district as a paraeducator specializing in special education; severely handicapped; and early childhood education. I volunteer several days a week in my joyful Christian ministry.

Other Information:
I have been a dedicated baptized Witness of the true God Jehovah since 1985. I am happily married to my loving spiritual husband. I have 3 lovely children who are being trained as good and kind people as well as happy Christians.

I LOVE the Atkins Diet, and I am excited that you have joined the team. So Welcome, welcome, welcome! I hope you become an active member so that we all can enjoy your company! It is gonna be slow going getting started --the team has no leader, and it IS January after all -- but with some enthusiasm shown by all the new members, we can really make it happen and get close and be supportive - or make the weight go away; I am good with that!

Incidentally, there are a few long time active members (I am one), so there is good support out there to be had for the asking. Again, welcome and glad to have you!

Thanks for the blog post! I suppose the healthiest way to make them would be all oat flour , coconut oil and egg whites, no sugar, or salt. I'm gonna try it this way, but some how I imagine it looking anemic!
