My Goals:
I started out just barely in the overweight BMI range and would like to hit a healthy medium, so my goal for now is 125 lbs.

Eating healthier is key. I just graduated and I think it's time to move on from "eating like a student" with quick meals and no limit to portions.

My wedding date is set and hopefully by then I will be my ideal weight, and I'll be healthy, happy, and toned to my liking. Of course, If I could get to that point before putting a bathing suit on this summer, all the better. ;)

My Program:
I'm keeping within my range eating between 1200 - 1550 calories per day.

I strength train 3 times per week, and do cardio 5 times per week.

I'm a recovering carbaholic who is finding new fulfillment in protein and veggies and balanced meals. I tend to buy "lower-fat" options in cheeses and yogurts so that I can still use oils and butter when I cook and bake.
