I am on my way to a healthier life style and a stronger, happier me. I am not only improving my health, diet and physical fitness. I am also working on my spiritual and creative aspects. I am going to be a beautiful person in so many ways.

Fitness Minutes: 6,450

My Goals:
I injured my SI Joint (where the back and pelvis fuse) and I am very limited on what I can do. My main focus is to strengthen my core. I am also slimming down and loosing body fat. I want to get as much of my life back that I can

My Program:
I have a core "routine" I do that I devleoped from previous core work and physical therapy. March 2009 I discovered pilaties and I am hooked. Twice a week so far (5 weeks). I want a total body work out at least 3xweek. I wanted to start at 4 but with my injury I cannot push through it and I want to have goals I can obtain. I still aim for 4, but I will not beat myself up if I do not make it.

I do the elliptical at the gym and go for a long walk 3 x week. I do walk 4 blocks to and from work, but I do not track it.

For diet I am eating clean. It is becoming easier and I have more energy and feel better as a result. However, I will still have my bacon cheeseburgers, chili cheese fries and ice cream once in a while.

Personal Information:
I live in SF. I love to belly dance and play with fire. I have always wanted to learn to live a healthier lifestyle but I had no idea where to begin. In June 2008 I completed a yoga and nutrition class and gain valuable knowledge to healthier eating.

Other Information:
I never fit in any where. I am goth, punk, hippy, professional, etc. Then I moved to San Francisco. I identified most with with the circus crowd until I went to burning man. I finally figured it out. I am a BURNER!
