One Day At A Time
I am a 35 yr old mom to a beautiful 2yr old little girl. I am divorced and since moving back home I've done really well getting on my feet but have let the weight loss take a back seat. I'm hoping that now I can dig deep and find it in me to take control back. When I first started spark I lost enough weight to really start to see and feel the better side of myself but then got stuck in between a few pounds back and forth for a several months. I'm hoping that now I can dig deep and find it in me to take control back. When I first started spark I lost enough weight to really start to see and feel the better side of myself but then got stuck in between a few pounds back and forth for a several months. I know what I'm actually capable of so I need to find it in me again. With the help of spark I know I'll get there again...one day at a time! Growing up I never had problems with weight but then I became a pregnant teen and put on over 100 lbs b/c of the stress and heartache of giving my baby up for adoption. Ever since then I have been on the weight loss roller coaster and it seems that I have found myself at the bottom going up once again. Just once in my life it would be nice to drop ALL the weight and never be on that ride again! I know I could think of several excuses as to why I can't overcome all the obstacles that stand in my way but I know I need to push those aside and fight for what I deserve.....for what my daughter deserves.

My Goals:
Long term goals: - lose like 70 + lbs - look hot in bikini this summer - run a 5k under 30 min - become a licensed zumba instructor - strong/fit (athletic)..not thin! Short term goals: lose 10 lbs a month... 7-5-12: 200 lbs 8-2-12: 186.6 lbs (13.4) 9-6-12: 177.6 lbs (9) 10-4-12: 176.4 (1.2) 11-1-12: 178 (+1.6) 12-6-12: 177 (1) 1-3-13: 178.4 (+1.4) 2-7-13: 175 (3.4) 3-7-13: 177.6 (+2.6) 4-4-13: 5-2-13: 175.8 (1.8) 6-6-13: 7-4-13: 1 YEAR SPARKAVERSARY!
My Program:
FOOD: To eat 5 to 6 times a day focused on all plant based foods and all water. WORKOUT: - Monday / Wednesday / Friday: Cardio - Tuesday / Thursday: Intervals on the treadmill for 25 minutes followed by weight training (alternating body groups). If I do extra cardio I love Zumba, Turbo Jam & Jogging.
