Getting it together

At 35 it is time for some changes, I no longer want to stay home because I don't feel comfortable being seen at this weight. I also want to be a positive role model for my children. I work as a health care professional and I really don't feel that I am setting a good example. Time for change!!!!!!!!

My Goals:
My goals are quite simple you would think. I am taking on one of the most difficult demons in my life, my food addiction. My goal is to be down to 139 with a a BMI of 23. My first goal is to loose 10% of my body weight by March 1st.

My Program:
I am lerning to read labels. I have removed all sugar and soda from my diet. I have increased my water intake. I am eating less than 1500 calories a day. I no longer eat beef or pork. My snacks have changed to low sugar fruits. And I am getting moving!

I know P3 is scary but it is "easier" than I originally thought. My first P3 day 1 I ate, a piece of egg frittata with veges and cheese and 3 strips bacon. Rotisseire chicken from the grocery store and veges, 1/4 # ground sirloin patty covered in salsa with veges roasted in olive oil, cheese, heavy cream in my coffee, 1-oz of nuts.

Just go slowly regarding adding anything "new" other than forms of protein and some fat. I eliminated fruit for the first several days and slowly introduced nuts. I went straight in to the dairy with the cream and cheese but did not have a problem. Some people do so just pay attention to that.
