i follow the biggest loser food pyramid and do an hour of high impact aerobics six days a week plus circuit weight train 3 days a week.

Hi sweetie! It's so nice to hear from you again. Unlike you, it is not because I did not have a computer at hand but because I had to share one! I have not been on for nearly four months! However, it does not seem to have affected me because I did continue to exercise with my daughter and watch what I ate -- I was very naughty at times though... emoticon I am happy that we can continue to 'see' and chat once in a while as we have been doing. emoticon to you and the family.

There is a Dr. Frank Pessler who is an expert in EDS. He is located in Philadelphia, PA. He appears to be a children's doctor, but if you contact his office they may be able to put you in touch with a doctor who works with adult EDS.

I will check with my exercise physiologist to see if he knows anything about your syndrome. I suspect he will not be able to help as he is a cardio and weight loss specialist. But you never know when you will encounter someone who is a fountain of information.

In the meantime, read and ask questions. Do what your specialist asks. Be careful not to do anything that hurts your joints or strains your tendons and ligaments. From what I read, you have to be careful not to stretch anything beyond limits. Talk with others who have the problem and learn how they manage exercise. emoticon
