If ever you feel like giving up, don't .
If you think you can't do something, try.
If you try and fail, then try again.
If you don't, you may always wonder why you gave up so easily.
Don't let life pass you by, the only way to get ahead is to hold your head up high.
Try not to be discouraged when things get in your way, just
climb each mountain inch by inch and take life day by day.
Eventually you will find the strength you had to seek, not only to scale that mountain but reach its MIGHTY peak.
Believe in whatever you think is worth believing in, and never stop until you feel you have done all that you can to secure your dreams....you are capable of acheiving anything you want.

I got the new Zumba cardio party ,Zumba live, Strength and toning, and a few other in the new system. (DVD set).... I also have the Wii game as well..I highly reccommend the Wii game ,because it keeps you in check and its super fun... Very close to the video dvds itself. I guess you can say I'm a Zumba addict...lol... But the dvds are kicking my behind and the pounds are dropping....
Hope you get into Zumba... It's a fun way to get your exercise done . You'll get addicted I promise... lol.. At least I am..lol.....

Advice - Write down your goals. Don't just say, "I wanna lose 30 lbs." Break it down in sections, "I want to lose 6 lbs this month. 8 lbs next month," etc. . . . . Keep track of your progress and check back to see where you are once a month.
Motivation - Find a picture of someone who has the shape/size that you want to be. Cut it out and post it where you can see it everyday. Write down a workout plan that fits your schedule and burn the gym, or your neighborhood or you living room up.
Encouragement - NEVER, EVER GIVE UP!!!!! This is the one that worked the best for me. The other things I mentioned worked for me, but I started and stopped too many times to remember, BUT I never gave up. It might have take forever for me to become consistent, but I kept fighting for it until I lost the weight. Am I done? Absolutely not, but I am proud of my progress and ready to go the the next level.
