Daring to Believe

I am a wife, mother and grandmother with Diabetes. I started dieting and a walking program called Walk Away the Pounds by Leslie Sansone 11/6/2012. I have lost 4 pounds to date and increased my walking from 4 minutes at a time to 13 minutes at a time. Yes, I was that out of shape. I am already feeling so much better. Don't know why I waited to do this.

I need motivation to stick with the diet and exercise. Scripture and prayer really help. I am a compassionate and encouraging person and look forward to making new friends.

I started walking and dieting 11/7/2012. When I began walking I could only walk for 4 minutes because I was so out of shape. After one week I am able to walk for 12 minutes. To say I am thrilled is an understatement. During that week I have lost 3.8 pounds. I am greatly encouraged, and hope to keep this up indefinitely. emoticon
