Really want to get the weight off.. I feel stiff in the morning or after sitting and watching TV which I find myslef doing way to much of these days...
I want to go back oustisde and play and feel confident not tired
I've tried it all over the last 5 years and end up gaining more and more weight so I have no program this time.. I am simply going to go outside and play ! I will go to the gym and figure it out from there my motivation will be that i go to get out fo the house and from in front of the TV..
I've tried the plans of 3 x a week yadda yadda and it workd great fro like a month then it is all over... So not expectations this time except to have fun being outside and getting off the couch.
