My Goals:
I want to be healthy, stay healthy, and stay active! Want God's will in my life, first! Am hoping that includes a long term relationship with a Christian man.

My Program:
I'm sparking along, tracking everything. Days when I think "I've blown it" -- really aren't that bad when I track them. This encourages me to stay within my calorie limits most days. Am working out 3 to 4 times a week, as always, but have intensified workouts by adding more strength training, and hill intervals on elliptical.

Personal Information:
From Fishers, Indiana where I have a a great little advertising agency, and some wonderful clients.
Have two sons, one here and married, 25 years; older one in Los Angeles who is a comedian, 30 years.


Other Information:
All I have to do is the "next right thing." Don't have to be perfect just have to be better. .
Put the Colts picture in until I find something else. After all, here in Indy, we are SuperBowl winners!

I read in your favorites the hip to waist ratio, and again I am learning something new. I am apple shaped and wanted to be pear shaped, so now along the way I can be an avacado too.

How are you doing. About my apple crisp recipe - I invented the recipe and it may not be SB perfect, but it is something quick and easy to serve to guests. I do have it a couple of times a week and it seems to be ok.

Zip Lining is the same as canopying... rappelling is using ropes and harness to scale down the side of a shear cliff.
