I decided 2012 is the year for change! I enrolled in college. I am married with two children under the age of five. I got many goals and dreams...I add more every day. This year it's time for me to go after what I want and stop just existing. I've been with spark in the past and it helped me. Glad To Be Back!!

Thanks for stopping by my blog! Running can be intimidating and the constant pounding isn't always good for you, it's really something to ease into. But a lot of people like the Couch to 5k, and it's always worth remembering that many people get as good or better results just by walking!

Consistency is the key, and enjoying what you do or it's too hard to be consistent. :-)
