My Goals:
I will reach my happy weight (about 125-130)

I will graduate with my engineering degree and at least a 3.5 GPA

I will spend my money wisely and pay off debt as soon as it's practical

My Program:
Right now I'm not going to focus on what I should or "shouldn't" eat... Just track honestly until it's an absolute habit.

I also have a Fitbit and I'm going to strive to reach those 10000 steps a day, along with regular cardio and strength workouts.

Other Information:
Things I love? Books, cooking, hiking, hunting, fishing, motorcycle rides, and dogs. :)

Hi!!! Just checking in! Treatment has been going really well for me, so I've actually set a real live weight-loss goal for myself! I would like to lose 5 lbs. by Halloween. I started on Wednesday and so far so good! I'm even allowing myself some of my favorite fall treats (apple cider, pumpkin cookies, etc.) and am still remaining within my range. I changed my goals from healthy to weight loss too!
