OK..... if "it's never too late" is part of your philosophy then I am now herby challenged by you! My unexpected company stayed two weeks instead of two days...Aaaahhhh! Today I began. I did 21 min on the wii fit routine. Yoga and core strengthening stuff. Then 1 step aerobics. Not a lot, I know, but my back will surely feel that in the morn.
My 1st goal is to strengthen my back. If I can't I will go get the steroid shot and try again. I have a herniated disk and a couple other minor back problems, so I will be super careful.
