My Goals:
My new goal is to attend college and graduate. I am undecided in major. I will enroll this fall and kinda get the fill of it and decide what I want to do. My ultimate goal was business administration and I'm still leaning towards it.

My Program:
I have been trying to follow sparkpeoples guide in losing weight. I've been exercising, drinking plenty of water, and trying to eat more healthy.

Personal Information:
I have finally graduated from the alternative high school for adults and got my high school diploma.

Other Information:
I love to read anything that's interesting to me. I attend worship service on Sun. and Wed.. My use to be favorite desert was cheesecake with strawberries. Anything interesting to me is what I like to do.

Thanks for stopping by my page. I had a problem yesterday too. I was eating everything in sight myself. I had a hard time controlling myself. However, what I normally do is I listen to my body. I only eat when I'm hungry. I try not to eat due to emotions. I try to be very aware of why I'm eating. My biggest problem that I have to overcome is boredom. That one will cause me to eat when I'm not hungry. I have to be very aware if I'm bored.

I also try to eat at specific times. I have set times that I eat breakfast, lunch and dinner. That way I keep a routine. It has worked for me. I also don't eat that fast. I take my time eating. It usually takes me about a half hour to eat a meal. That's a good goal to set for yourself. Try eating a meal in a half hour or more. The longer it takes to eat a meal the more your body will think it is full.

Don't forget to get your 8 8 ozs. of water in a day. That is also very important. I drink my water every day. The water helps to flush out the impurities in your body. It's good to drink your water.

If I can be of anymore help, please let me know. We can do this. We are strong people. It may take some time, but the weight will come off.

I saw in the huddle that you need support. You are a strong person and you can do this. Keep a positive attitude because you know you can accomplish anything.

Sorry i didnt get to answer you before this.. if your not on my list of friends its hard to get to your page since i use mostly a i phone to do everything..
Ok first thing.. now i am only saying what works for me.. first you have to remember this is a life style change i think once we lose we think we can eat whatever and i we wont gain.. cause i have gained a little back.. second.. for me i plan and log in ahead of time my food AND exercise.. it helps me to stay on tract and keep going.. i found also i love going on treadmill and i was walking on it and now can run and walk.. took time for me to be able to do that.. so find out what you love.. and make exercise fun.. dance. do jumping jacks. .. mix it up.. dont do the same thing each time.. i do exercise videos too.. helps in winter time.. summer i ride my bike and do walks and run on treadmill... and also do weights 3 times a week,. as far as food.. i plan ahead on that too.. eating a lot of chicken and fruits and veggies and i snack a lot during the day.. so i always keep my metabolism up ... so even at my age i can do this so can you..!!!

Hi there! You stopped by my page to ask about the walking DVD's I used...soryy to take so long to respond, I'm afraid I just don't get onto Spark too much anymore...anyway, you can find lots of info at www.lesliesansone.com

My favorites are the WalkSlim series, but Leslie brings out new ones all the time! Her dvd's are often available in Walmart or Target, and are sold online at many other sites as well!
