Hi! I just finished Day 1, Level 3 tonight and actually, I really liked the workout. But it was HARD! There were a couple points where I had to stop and that's hasn't happened with the previous two levels. I'd like to lie and say it was because I'm still a little sick, but the fact is, I'm just a little weak!
Anyway, I'm looking forward to what the next 9 days will bring. It's amazing how after 5 days at a specific level, the exercises really do get easier.

Hey lady. even if you didnt see those numbers move i hoped the shred helped you feel stronger. I know that i felt like a badass when i could keep up with any of the girls. I've been trying to get remotivated, it gets so hard with the holidays! and im moving, so all of that stress. its okay tho.
