My Goals:
My daily goals this week:

1. Eat a protein-rich breakfast.

2. Focus on making veggies a major part of my meals.

3. Exercise at least 10 minutes a day, 5 days this week.



My Program:
1. Track my food and stay within the 1200-1500 limit.

2. Try new veg recipes.

3. Exercise daily.

4. Drink lots of water.

5. No sugar. No pop.

Other Information:
Be willing to sacrifice who you are for what you could be.
