My Goals:
Feel happy in my skin love myself be a healthy weight be able to run alongside my partner (I am too slow at the moment! lol)
My Program:
- One healthy food choice at a time - listening to my body - minimum 10 mins of exercise a day - SP exercise videos and swimming for now, due to sprained ankle :(
Personal Information:
I am Swiss, live in the UK and am totally in love with Tasmania! I hope to live there one day (maybe next year already, who knows!)
