Next experience
I'm not truly interested in losing weight, but getting more fit and improving my diet. I'm finding it difficult not to lose weight while I exercise more to build endurance. I currently at a good weight BMI 22. I don't want to lose more but maintain. I don't know if I'll lose more weight on the walk so I shouldn't be too thin at the start. I only got 50 miles from Springer Mountain before getting sick and deciding to head home. My body didn't seem able to handle ...

I currently at a good weight BMI 22. I don't want to lose more but maintain. I don't know if I'll lose more weight on the walk so I shouldn't be too thin at the start. I only got 50 miles from Springer Mountain before getting sick and deciding to head home. My body didn't seem able to handle the extremes of hiking. I'm trying not to be disappointed that my health didn't permit me to continue hiking. I hope to walk a lot locally as the weather improves.
