    As of today, I reached my goal weight - and it has NOT been easy. But SO worth it! Track everything every day, exercise, exercise, exercise - whether in long sessions or short ones throughout the day. Remember - NOTHING tastes as good as being thin feels! Food is NOT your friend, it is merely fuel. Sparkers are always here for you, day and night. (I was so surprised to see people respond to my frantic midnight posts - within minutes. But then, Sparkers are all over the world, and your midnight is sometimes their morning.) Join teams, make friends, get and stay active on this wonderful, awesome site that is FREE. And thank God every day for the ability to do what you must do to have the body you want to have in every way. I hope you will add me as a friend.
