The Dream

I am a woman in my late thirties working ever diligently to lose weight. I'm not very good at loosing weight and need constant support. Unfortunately, I like to think I don't need anybody, which leads to failure on a consistent basis. I have done WW, low calorie, HCG, and many more, only to find myself returned to this state of fat.
I am troubled by the fact that my motivation always disappears and I then fail. I need to do this, I want to do this, I hope I can keep the desire strong!

Personal Information:
I have two boys, both of which are on the Autism spectrum. I have been married to the same man since 1995. We live in a small town in Missouri and I teach students in Special education in a nearby small town. I love teaching.

Other Information:
I love watching movies, reading and scrapbooking.
I have a difficult time finding time for the things I like, not to mention the money.

My best hint....I recently changed my TICKER to read fitness minutes.
It starts at zero on the first of the month and is a constant challenge
(for all to see) about meeting the goal by the end of the month.
