I'm doing well, I started Bridge 2 10K today and ran 3 miles in 44 minutes ( 4 10 minute intervals with 1 walking min in between).
Each time the program increased the run time it was tough for me. I just kept thinking that I'd try that day (even when I was really scared of the program that day) and if I didn't make it I would still be better than last time. The long runs were more mental for me than physical but I broke them down into smaller segments in my head and kept thinking if the internet strangers can do it so can I.
