Naughty....naughty Heather!! You had a sundae last night...tisk tisk. See that is exactly my problem, I NEED THE SWEETS!!! I swear I feel like I'm dying without it. ha ha...maybe I just need to get over this hump that everyone goes through. Then Mike pisses me off when I find a low calorie dessert he tells me "no, you have no reason to make or eat that". UGH!!! SHUT UP!! lol
Anyway, I know how feel with the working out that 5 days a wk. I'm trying to keep it ALL during the wk bc I know I won't workout during the wkend. I did just get the Your Shape by Jenny McCarthy for the Wii. I haven't tried it yet. So I'm hoping it will work good. I was starting to get bored with the Wii Fit. I will be doing the game tonight if my neighbor does want to run or I just may run by myself.
Hey Heather, IDK when you will have the internet again but I wanted to let you know what I have started to do so far. Right now I am just putting my food in the tool page. I am not going full force this wk bc I happened to start today (yes, I know TMI...ha ha sorry) and I can't fully get into exercising with yucky craps. No fun! oh, well I will be stepping it up next monday. Let me know how things are going with you.

Great job on your walking. 3 miles on a steep hill is excellent. I may be running in Hood to Coast next year. Waiting to hear from the team captain if she got a spot in the race or not. Would be fun to combine HTC with a week's vacation and have you, Glenn and the kids come to the beach with us, and help me walk. Hehehehe.
