    I know, right?? I'm glad we're on the same page with the sweets. Then I hate how I NEED them even more when it comes to that "time of the month". Wonderful...well, I have read that chocolate is actually good for you but of course small amount. Then it needs to be dark chocolate. So maybe have a small piece every other day.

    Naughty....naughty Heather!! You had a sundae last night...tisk tisk. See that is exactly my problem, I NEED THE SWEETS!!! I swear I feel like I'm dying without it. ha ha...maybe I just need to get over this hump that everyone goes through. Then Mike pisses me off when I find a low calorie dessert he tells me "no, you have no reason to make or eat that". UGH!!! SHUT UP!! lol

    Anyway, I know how feel with the working out that 5 days a wk. I'm trying to keep it ALL during the wk bc I know I won't workout during the wkend. I did just get the Your Shape by Jenny McCarthy for the Wii. I haven't tried it yet. So I'm hoping it will work good. I was starting to get bored with the Wii Fit. I will be doing the game tonight if my neighbor does want to run or I just may run by myself.

    Hey Heather,
    IDK when you will have the internet again but I wanted to let you know what I have started to do so far. Right now I am just putting my food in the tool page. I am not going full force this wk bc I happened to start today (yes, I know TMI...ha ha sorry) and I can't fully get into exercising with yucky craps. No fun! oh, well I will be stepping it up next monday. Let me know how things are going with you.

    Thanks, Punkin. I'm proud of you too! The weight will come off in time, don't put a lot of pressure on yourself. Being healthy is more important.

    Great job on your walking. 3 miles on a steep hill is excellent. I may be running in Hood to Coast next year. Waiting to hear from the team captain if she got a spot in the race or not. Would be fun to combine HTC with a week's vacation and have you, Glenn and the kids come to the beach with us, and help me walk. Hehehehe.
